Udine Award

A collaborative effort between Inside Foodservice and University Hospitality Seminars (UHS), The U Dine Awards were created to honour and acknowledge outstanding achievements within the university hospitality sector. In June 2024, G&G at OBU achieved the prestigious Café Concept Award for our innovative concept, the YARD. This recognition highlights dedication to creativity, excellence, and customer satisfaction in the hospitality industry.

Through the Food Made Good Standard, the association defines the criteria for excellence in the hospitality industry, equipping chefs and restaurateurs with the resources to enhance their business practices, showcase their achievements, and motivate their patrons by offering food that not only delights the senses but also contributes positively to the environment and society. G&G at OBU was awarded a 3-star accreditation for the Food Made Good, we are so proud of our chefs & teams for ensuring a greener, healthier future!
